Despite its prime location, it doesn't seem to add any prestige by way of good service to the Rocks. Unless you know the place well and know the staff intimately, it's place to be avoided. The manager and the staff take no criticisms, comments, or suggestions from the customers. In fact, both the manager and the staff have an rather discerning entitled attitude toward their customers. The service is superficial and even after a friendly and caring warning nothing has changed -- in fact, both of whom want to cast the blame on the customers. I would avoid this place, again, especially if you are not a local for its unfriendly service and entitled attitude.January 26, 2017
