I told them that I had an allergy to wheat and they made sure to change their gloves, prepare my meal on a clean surface, and used different utensils. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their attention to detail and how careful they are. Us celiacs know that even the tiniest crumb can set you back days or sometimes weeks!
